St. Christopher Parish ended Fiscal Year 2024 (July 2023 - June 30, 2024) in a strong financial position, thanks to the remarkable generosity and steadfast commitment of our parishioners. Despite economic uncertainties, our parish family demonstrated extraordinary faithfulness through their consistent giving, with weekend offertory collections reaching $361,155. The parish generated total income of $469,999, and through careful stewardship, achieved an operational surplus of $44,621 after expenses of $425,378.
The overwhelming response to our capital campaign was a testament to our parishioners' deep devotion to enhancing our worship space for current and future generations. While the capital improvements exceeded the campaign goal by $25,742, the exceptional regular giving throughout the year enabled the parish to absorb this additional cost while still ending the fiscal year with an overall net surplus of $18,879. The tremendous support from our parish community has strengthened not only our worship space but also our financial foundation. As of June 30, 2024, the parish maintained a robust financial position with nearly $1 million in cash assets, including $70,273 in operating funds and $925,194 in savings and investments. With no debt and minimal liabilities at year-end, St. Christopher Parish concluded FY2024 well-positioned for continued financial stability and future pastoral initiatives, all made possible by the unwavering support and generosity of our parish family.
