Holy Communion for Homebound Parishioners

We invite homebound parishioners who would like to receive Holy Communion each week from a trained lay volunteer to contact the parish office. This ministry serves parishioners in our local vicinity who cannot attend Mass due to infirmity, illness, or injury.

 
Please note that this ministry is intended only for those who are physically unable to attend Mass. Visitation times are arranged between the recipient and the volunteer. The pastor must approve all homebound communicants for this ministry. Please contact the parish office at 603.882.0632 to be added to the recipient list.
